Dpoint was formed in the late 80′s and evolved from experimental electronic music to synth pop to screaming guitar experiments in the early 90′s , only to return to the pure electronic music in the mid 90′s. The band had a “silent” period between the late 90′s and the mid 00′s only to return to music making and performing in 2009!

A first digital release was made in late 2010 with the original version of the single "Disco Bitch" followed by the full length album "In memory of the voices no longer in our heads" in early 2011. This also marked the beginning of the bands multi media performances in which the music is supported by visual art displayed on screens behind the band.

Dpoint prefer live performances, and has also made use of the internet to stream live virtual concerts on a regular basis. Producer, songwriter, DJ and record label owner; at 27, Håkan Ludvigson has already begun to make an imprint on the electronic music scene. In September 2011 he is taking the big leap as an original artist, releasing his debut artist album “Soulroom” on CD on his own Substream label.

IN HIS STUDIO in downtown Gothenburg, Sweden’s second largest city, Håkan is living and breathing electronic music. Up to 2011, his productions have been mostly house and techno, engineered for DJs and clubs, released on vinyl. With his album in 2011, he is now moving into radio- and headphone-friendly electronica.

HÅKAN has been DJing and producing professionally for four years now, gradually building a name in the industry. His work has been played by DJs such as The Swedish House Mafia, Eric Prydz and Steve Lawler and has been remixed by Japanese legend Ko Kimura and Sweden’s Håkan Lidbo. He has also been handpicked and introduced on-air by superstar DJ Tiësto, featured in his weekly radio show three times, and remixed for labels such as EMI and Ultra.

AS A DJ, Håkan is frequently playing clubs in Germany, and has built a name for himself in China, touring across the country several times. The past four years, he did 150 shows in 35 Chinese cities. He has played side by side with UK superstar Eddie Halliwell and headlined the legendary nightclub Absolute House in Shanghai – a club that used to take 4000 people in the main room at the time.

HÅKAN’S CLUBSTREAM label is a leading dance music label group in West Sweden, releasing everything from minimal to progressive house in digital form under its six branches. The Substream label specializes in indie electronica, working with both CDs and digital downloads.

THE YEAR 2011 marks a new milestone Håkan as a producer. His debut album drops in September and is the release that will take his music from the clubs, into the living rooms.

“SOULROOM” is a deep affair, mysterious, dreamy electronica with a driving, bass-heavy tech-house beat. The album is mostly vocal, and features five different singers and two guest producers. The first single “Nothing Ever Ends”, one of the more catchy numbers, has been played on radio all over Sweden. The album comes out in Sweden in September 2011in an exclusive digipak CD package.

Arvid Tuba var en välbekant personlighet på den svenska industri- och synthmusikscenen i skiftet 80/90-talet. Under en lång tid titulerade han sig trummaskinstrubadur. Han har haft ett antal undergroundhits som "Kråkan Kermit", "Citera Astrid Lindgren" och "Låt Svinen Dansa".

Han var mest aktiv i perioden 1985 till 1992 under vilken han släppte ett stort antal hemmainspelade kassettband. Inspelningarna distribuerade han dock oftast själv eller genom vänner, men även genom annonsförsäljning i tidningen New Life. Som undergroundmarknaden för hemmainspelad musik såg ut så spreds kassetterna till många olika platser i världen så som Japan, Tyskland, Östeuropa, Kanada, USA och de övriga skandinaviska länderna.

Sedan 1992 har Arvid Tuba gjort musik mer sporadiskt och inspelningarna har i stället distribuerats över internet.

The electropop band Stum was formed in 1999 by David Engdahl and Daniel Sidevärn. They grew up together in the stern and cold northern city of Östersund in Sweden and began to write music together for therapeutic reasons.
Stum was originally a hard EBM-act under the name "Industrijugend", but when they wrote a synth ballad the music style changed towards electropop.

Electric City Cowboys started as a project by the owners of MiMa Music in Karlshamn in 2010. After a few years of recording various genres in our own studio we wanted to go back to the music that brought us together, synthpop. After a couple of beers with the eurodance-guru Robert Carlsson we descided to create Electric City Cowboys. Our music is primarily headed to the melodious and dancefriendly part of the synthpop-scene.

Restricted Area, from Sweden, have been around for quite a while and released the first single entitled ”Ett Gammalt Bergstroll” in 1994, which quickly became somewhat of an underground classic.
The band has had numerous constellations throughout the years with songwriter and vocalist Peter Elm being the constant driving-force behind the project. Equally featuring on a number of albums is charismatic Emma Johansson, adding a new dimension to the songs.
Although not easily labelled, RA’s music can best be described as ranging from melancholic electro to relentless, uncompromising EBM in its purest definition.

ITI startade ur nerlagda projekt våren 2010. Vi har vårat säte i Göteborg. I dagarna har vi lagt upp vå hemisda med våra senaste låtar som tillhör debut EPn "Xposed" en 5-låtars platta so vi gjort under hösten. Samtidigt arbetar vi med nästa EP och på att få igång vår replokal. I nuläget består Ivoke the Insult av två drivande personer. Liveuppsättning är inte helt bestämd ännu men lite tillskott är troligen att vänta. Vi har båda förfutet i GBGs och dess musikliv på varierande sätt. Innehållet i ITI är inte det intressanta utan produkten vi skapar.

Exposed är lite som att åka ett tåg i full fart, utan kontroll, utan bromsa i en industrilandskap. Lite omväxlande när man tittar ut med en magkänsla av att allt inte står rätt till även om personalen hävdar detta med nerväsa leenden.

After the collapse of the band The Enders, Titans rose out of its ashes in 2004. It was time for a new direction and new ideas. A focus on driven beats and strong melodies. After a few years as the sole member of Titans, Fredrik was joined by the former The Enders member Jimmy. Once again together they are working hard on new music, collaborations and remixes. Titans was later on joined by lead vocalist Dan and on christmas eve 2010 they released their debut All There Is EP on Progress Productions.]]>
